You can't expect that dieting will make you feel better about yourself. The only way to choose to follow a healthy diet to lose weight is to have a positive self-image.

2. - Learn more about who your ancestors were. If you eat more like your ancestors, you will eat foods that are better for your body. You'll likely lose weight, have more energy, and feel great. It has been shown that when a group of people stop eating their proper food, they begin to gain weight and have health problems.

3. - Eat whole foods that are as natural as possible. When you eat whole foods that are full of nutrients, your body knows how much to eat and how much to not eat. You don't need to count calories because your body is a wonderful machine. If you get the right nutrients, you'll be at your best weight, have plenty of energy, and feel great. By eating highly processed, empty-calorie foods, your body will always be hungry because it's trying to get the nutrients it needs.

4. – Drink the best weight loss supplement known to man, water. Most people don't know the difference between being hungry and thirsty. Most of the time, people eat when they should be drinking. Chances are you won't be as hungry if you drink enough water. You will satisfy thirst, which is confused with hunger. Water also helps you digest food better. Drinking water before eating will help fill you up.

5. - Always chew your food well. Proper chewing will allow you to get the most nutrients from your food. If you get the most nutrients, your body will be satisfied and you will eat less. Another benefit of good chewing is that it aids digestion.

6. - Eat small, frequent meals during the day. Large meals tax your digestion system and make it work harder. If you take too long between meals, you will be hungrier at the next meal.

7. - Increase your physical activity. Most people are overweight because of a lack of physical activity. Start walking more, cycle, walk your dog longer, swim, dance, and leave the car at home when you can. It's important that you choose a physical activity that you enjoy because you'll stick with it. Choosing physical activity just because it burns a lot of calories can be a mistake.
