Strength training for beginners

Up and Down
T-Plank
Jumping rope
Shoulder Taps
Wall Touch
Tricep Dips
Note: You can of course modify the movements if it becomes too complicated.
It is best to start with 3 sessions per week to give your body time to rest properly.
